Legal Doc Vault is a series of cloud-based document management systems developed by Legal Doc Vault, Inc. (“Britt Data”). Britt Data was founded to develop solutions for the costly and time consuming manual processes associated with pleadings, production, and discovery in all types of litigation.

Lynn M. Britt, CPA, J.D., Founder and President

Lynn M. Britt, CPA, J.D., is the founder of Britt & Company, P.A. (www.cpabritt.com), a forensic accounting firm specializing in family litigation services that has served South Florida for nearly three decades. Lynn became a CPA in 1980 and holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Florida Atlantic University as well as a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She has been an expert witness as a forensic CPA in domestic, contract, and other litigation and has been a court appointed investigator and receiver for businesses involved in shareholder or domestic disputes.

Lynn has been honored with various awards, including the AWSCPA’s National Public Service Award in June 2014 and the Florida Bar Family Law Section’s Chair’s Award in 2012 and 2014. In addition, Lynn has been listed as one of the South Florida Legal Guide’s Top CPAs in Litigation Support for many years.

Lynn is currently president-elect and serves on the board of the AWSCPA South Florida Chapter. She is also a member of the Support Issues and Litigation Support committees of the  Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Florida and Broward Bar Associations, and the Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers.
